We are proudly celebrating 40 years of being a leader in building affordable housing in Boone County and mentoring our applicants into homeownership! In addition to celebrating this milestone anniversary, we are building our 76th home in our shiny, new neighborhood in Whitestown, Grace Fields! This neighborhood is dedicated to the donors, volunteers and supporters who have made this all possible. We are incredibly grateful that we can continue to make such an impact in our Boone County communities through affordable housing!

Habitat for Humanity of Boone County envisions a world where everyone has a decent, safe, and affordable place to call home. As Christ’s hands and feet, we put this vision into action by building and improving homes alongside individuals and families who are working toward housing stability. We believe that a home is more than four walls—it is a foundation for strength, stability, and opportunity. Through partnerships with volunteers, donors, businesses, and community organizations, we create pathways to sustainable homeownership and help break the cycle of poverty. Since 1984, Habitat for Humanity of Boone County has been offering a hand up, not a handout. Our partner families invest in their homes through sweat equity and work side by side with volunteers to build a place they are proud to call home. To date, we have built 82 homes and helped more than 250 hardworking adults and children achieve greater housing stability and the dream of homeownership.
Together, we are building more than houses—we are building hope, opportunity, and stronger communities.
