A Message From Jill Hackman

Hi friends, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be rolling up my sleeves and joining this year’s Women Build with Habitat for Humanity of Boone County — and I need your support! As a proud Boone County resident, I’ve seen firsthand how strong our community can be when we come together. This build isn’t just about hammers and nails — it’s about empowering women, uplifting families, and creating lasting change right here at home. 🏡 Why I’m Building: • Because every family deserves a stable place to call home. • Because housing is foundational to health, education, and opportunity. • Because I believe in the strength, compassion, and grit of Boone County women. Your donation — big or small — helps provide the materials, tools, and support needed to make this dream a reality. Together, we’re not just building a house. We’re building dignity, stability, and a future. 💖 Will you help me raise $1,500 to support this life-changing work? Thank you for believing in this mission and in me. Let’s build something beautiful together. With gratitude, Jill

In Support of Habitat for Humanity Boone County

Habitat for Humanity of Boone County envisions a world where everyone has a decent, safe, and affordable place to call home. As Christ’s hands and feet, we put this vision into action by building and improving homes alongside individuals and families who are working toward housing stability. We believe that a home is more than four walls—it is a foundation for strength, stability, and opportunity. Through partnerships with volunteers, donors, businesses, and community organizations, we create pathways to sustainable homeownership and help break the cycle of poverty. Since 1984, Habitat for Humanity of Boone County has been offering a hand up, not a handout. Our partner families invest in their homes through sweat equity and work side by side with volunteers to build a place they are proud to call home. To date, we have built 82 homes and helped more than 250 hardworking adults and children achieve greater housing stability and the dream of homeownership.

Together, we are building more than houses—we are building hope, opportunity, and stronger communities.
