I’ve seen firsthand how a secure home can change the trajectory of a family’s life—opening doors to better health, stronger relationships, and opportunities that ripple across generations. In Support of Habitat for Humanity Boone County

Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We work towards this vision, being Christ’s Hands and Feet, by building and improving homes in partnership with individuals and families in need of decent and affordable homes. We have chosen to create opportunities for people to have sustainable housing by partnering with volunteers, donors, and corporations to break the cycle of poverty. Since 1984, Habitat for Humanity of Boone County has been offering a hand up not a hand out enabling our partner families to achieve pride in home ownership working side by side with volunteers to build houses. We have built 70 homes helped over 200 hard working adults and children with their dream of housing stability.
