A Message From Buds and Builders 1
This is the 7th year for Buds and Builders to be participating in the Women Build and many of us have been supporting each other in this activity all 7 years (plus previous years on different teams)! We are a group of friends with the desire to provide a deserving family affordable housing and we aren't afraid to show our WONDERFUL ability to use a power saw, hammer or paintbrush or WONDERFULLY organize a fundraiser to support the cause! I am so grateful for each and every WONDERful lady on this team!

In Support of Habitat for Humanity Boone County
Habitat’s vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We work towards this vision, being Christ’s Hands and Feet, by building and improving homes in partnership with individuals and families in need of decent and affordable homes. We have chosen to create opportunities for people to have sustainable housing by partnering with volunteers, donors, and corporations to break the cycle of poverty. Since 1984, Habitat for Humanity of Boone County has been offering a hand up not a hand out enabling our partner families to achieve pride in home ownership working side by side with volunteers to build houses. We have built 70 homes helped over 200 hard working adults and children with their dream of housing stability.
